How Is This Rating Determined?

Nice location - OK management

The Good -
Location, Location, Location
Domingos - the fixer of all things broken is a sweetheart

The Bad -
Neighbors can hear your movement if not careful
Apartment manager is biased - works for few not for me.

The Worst -
They skim your utilities after you moveout so they can repaint / fix the unit on your dime.

I will recommend the apartment whole heartedly - just end your utility contract when you move out instead of leaving it open till your lease ends to avoid any unpleasant bills /... conversations.
