So happy I sold my home and moved to Cumberland Crossing. Beautiful apartment, beautiful grounds, maintenance personnel are fantastic and friendly and the office staff is not only on top of everything but they treat me with kindness, respect and listen to my concerns and suggestions. I found my forever home.

Functional, well-maintained amenities: gym, swimming pool, , clubhouse , dog park, etc. user-friendly resident portal for paying rent, submitting maintenance requests, and receiving updates. Proactive communication about building issues, community events.

Just moved in and it’s been a great experience so far. Everyone is so friendly. My kids love the playground and the small dog park across the parking lot is great for my dog to be off leash for a little bit!

It's a nice community, with spacious, high-ceiling rooms and a quick response from the leasing team on any issues/complaints. It would have been nice if they had provided a microwave as well.
