Overall good experience. Been in the community from long time now, enjoying here. Good neighbor, spacious parking, building are quite well maintained.

I’m very happy living here. The place is beautiful and the atmosphere peaceful. Maintenance is top notch and the office is very helpful. Friendly and quiet.

Cumberland Crossing is tucked away in a woodland setting, giving it a peaceful, "tucked-in-the-woods" feel despite being minutes from I-295.

Community is great for the most part. People are respectful and kind. Loud noise tends to stop at night. There are occasional hiccups, but for the most part we are very happy to be here. Our only complaint is the dumpster gets very full and very gross quickly. Either more frequent pickup, or a second dumpster might be worth considering.
