NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY ARE ASKING

The facility has no insulation with electric heat - Heat can run you 200-300 a month. You can feel the draft at the windows, doors and from the floor on the single level units. It is almost like standing on concrete. Forget trying to keep it cool in the summer. They decided to cut down most of the trees (which would have provided some shade). You need window units to try to cool the unit down which can be extremely costly in the summer - Electric ran 400-550 a month on top of the money for… the rent. Resided there for four years when Millcreek - when bought by Creek Side - Raised my rent $650 a month to stay on with them. Just because you can DOES NOT MEAN YOU SHOULD......shame on you Creek Side

One of the best places to Rent in RI!

I have been a resident for over 2 years and love living here! My dogs love the dog park and the workout room at the club house its better than a gym. The complex is safe and well maintained. I find the staff is helpful and happy to take care of my townhome. The closet space is to die for and I have an assigned parking spot! Close to the highway, beaches and historic Wickford.

Nice location - quiet complex.

A walk-through of several of the 2BR and 3BR available units showed apartments with nice layouts, updates either completed or scheduled, and closet space to envy! Quiet complex with a fenced play area for dogs as well as a playground for children. I walked around on a beautiful Saturday, and felt there was a sense of community here. Worth a look!
