Avoid.

They just left this letter by my doorstep with the "intention to terminate the lease" for non-payment on december 2nd, when rent is due on the 1st and I have always paid via the app they provide, which is due on the 5th. Mind you this was on monday, the 1st was a sunday after thanksgiving week. I have always paid on time, never missed a payment. Last month they have overcharged me $200 and have not returned that money yet. The carpet cleaning is due and they have not provided that yet, there… are items to be fixed in the apartment that they have not provided yet. This is pure vile and inhumane. I hope people can see what they are getting into if they are considering to live at South Coast Landings. I have the signed and dated letter they sent in case they say it isnt true. Avoid.

Former Tenant

I lived at South Coast Landings for almost three years and had a great experience. The management was awesome, maintenance was always a call away, and very dependable. The complex had great amenities such as the gym and pool. I highly recommend South Coast Landings to anyone looking for a quiet and safe community! Also, you can't beat the location, you're about a minute from the highway. The only reason we left is because we bought a house.

reconsider before applying

got approved and the 2 weeks before I moved in they emailed me and told me they put me on the waitlist, no reasons, no apoligy, norhing, to bad they were really nice. going to find a much better and nicer place though, if that's how you treat future residents I don't wanna know how they treat current.

Apartment homes

Safe and secure apartment homes conveniently located 50 minutes from Boston and 30 minutes from Providence. Supermarket plaza right down the road. Great amenities including fitness room, basketball court and pool. The staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful. Several floor plans to accomodate the diversity of family size. Pet friendly community.

Not too shabby

The area is not bad. Right off the highway with conveince stores and restaurants near. There were some problems when I moved in, dishwasher and shower were broken. Apartments for the most part are clean. Neighbors are okay.
