Best Staff and nice views

Location is fantastic, convenient and close to everything whether by walking, car or public transportation.
Lots of living space for the money.
Clean and safe.
The Management office Staff are Incredible!!!- their door is always open & welcoming. They always do their best to accommodate and address all concerns a tenant may have . They work much harder than anyone gives them credit for. - They are professional, courteous and personable- they Care.
The Maintenance Staff is amazing… too!! They work extremely hard to address, maintain and take care of needs of the building all while helping tenants whenever possible.. they are respectful, polite and professional.
All of the staff at Beneficient House make you feel acknowledged, heard, respected and like family- not just a tenant.
I would highly recommend living here just for the staff alone !!!

Total Satisfaction with Beneficent House apartments

Beneficent House is a good place to live. The Office Managers are friendly, and the door is always open when they are present. The Maintenance staff is there within 24 hours if a problem needs to be checked out and repaired. The building is kept clean, and it is also very quiet. No disturbances have occurred on my floor in any way. I am very content living here!

Great place to live!

Great place to live. Management and maintenance crew are the best. Close to all the things Providence has to offer.

3C... GET INTO IT

I have been living in the apartment for 1 year and I can say that the 3Cs is what you should have in living in an apartment building. YOU ask what is the 3Cs ? Well COMFORTABILITY, CONVEINENCE, & COMMUNICATION. The Beneficent House has provided this from the first day. They strive in making sure that your living EXPECTATIONS are met with peace in your dwelling, when inquired with any questions they answer with grace and the building is always clean. Kudos to the building mgmt. for keeping a… good atmosphere with the tenants.

Beneficent is a great value

I have lived at Beneficent House for over 7 years, and in that time I have found my apartment home to be one of the best deals in Providence. They offer studio, 1 bed and 2 beds that are affordably priced compared to other pricey city residences The friendly staff strives to resolve any issues that arise. Management keeps residences apprised with many emails , and the maintenance staff is quick to respond to calls. So if you are looking for a safe place to lay your head then perhaps… Beneficent is also for you.
