I enjoy living here the facilities are well kept and the staff are professional and friendly. My only negative is the rent. I am moving out after two years of living at the Halstead because our rent went through two price increases. During our first year, my unit experienced a massive flood that had damaged most of my bedroom belongings as well as made living in the unit for a month a nightmare (work crews coming in and out, industrial fans were on for 20 hours, and apartment was in disarray).

Few months into my second year at the Halstead and have had nothing but a great experience. The apartments are amazing and the amenities are top notch, and included in your rent. Other apartments I looked at may have been priced less but then they charge
You for everything and that drives the
Price up. The management team is exceptional and very active in the community.. The property has security but never
Once have I felt unsafe or concerned.
Halstead Providence is in a perfect downtown... location. Walking distance to great restaurants and evets. Acc
