Halstead Providence

I first reached out to Halstead Providence on 8/11/2025 and the next day I was already getting help with availability that matched the end of my old lease. Jordan from Sales & Marketing listened to exactly what I needed since I was moving from a smaller apartment and kept me updated with options. I applied on 8/16 and got approved. Then on 9/17 she let me know about a bigger unit with a 12/5 move-in. I asked if I could move sooner so I wouldn’t pay double rent, and the next day she made it... happen for 11/26, perfect timing so I could settle in over Thanksgiving weekend.

Thank you to Jordan and Olivia from Sales & Marketing, and Ashley and Malika from Concierge. Everyone has been responsive, helpful, and detailed, which made my move smooth and stress-free. I have to say, I have stated at a variety of different complexes. That have staff and amenities, and your basic things that you would need to live in, but here? This place goes above and beyond in every aspect. From their staff, who are so attentive and hands-on and clearly enjoy what they do. Can you reach out to them anytime of the day and get a response within minutes.

To the out of this world amenities. If you don’t think they have it, they do. Their golf simulator is such a fun way to... have a friend’s night in, to their gym and Olympic sized lap pool (my personal favorites). And their private gardens? Living in the city can be tough and having a green space to be close to nature is so relaxing.

I’ve had such a great experience here! The office team is always responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. They do an awesome job organizing events that make the community feel connected. The amenities are incredible from the golf simulator and game room to the Olympic lap pool, rooftop deck, and private garden. It really feels like a place that goes above and beyond for its residents. Highly recommend!

Love it here! The office team works so hard and puts on the best events. They are responsive and helpful. The manager is a great example to his team on what professionalism looks like. The amenities are a huge plus. The golf simulator and lap pool are two of my favorites but I also love the roof top deck and private garden.

Residing here and having the privilege to access such lovely amenities/spaces really improves the quality of my life. The management team provides great turn around times for us
