The Alice Building

I recently moved into this apartment, and it's the first place where I'm living by myself. I think that the building itself is very nice, with a welcoming atmosphere. It's also very quiet, which I appreciate, as it allows me to get decent sleep and be comfortable in my own home without any disturbances. Overall, I am happy that I've picked this apartment, and would definitely recommend it to people, considering it's in their price range.

I'm an international student from South Korea. As an international student, I live alone, so I'm so lonely and miss my family so much. But, because of my perfect building, I feel much better and I'm living my life very comfortably. So happy to live in this building.

Moved recently from my studio in NYC to this amazing huge, light and clean loft on a cute street in downtown Providence. My walk in closet is as big as my NYC studio. Now I can live my downtown life, be close to all the good restaurants and bars without having to pay a fortune.

I live in the Alice building, in the city of Providence and I wouldn't live anywhere else. I've lived in this building for about 2 years now and haven't had any qualms about the place. The staff are super helpful and timely with bills. If you have any questions they never go unanswered and the office makes sure to keep you happy. Not to mention that most of the neighbors in the building are super friendly and don't make elevator rides as awkward as we all know they can be. Apart from that, each... apartment has it's own charm and a view of the city as well as wooden floors! It's easy to make your loft/apartment feel like home. Then there is the city, bursting with activity and copious amounts of things to do. If you're a light sleeper it may be a little hard for you being surrounded by action all the time. If you're like me and can sleep anywhere, anytime you'll enjoy the movies in the park, walkathons, block parties and so much more that happen right at your doorstep. A roughly 1,200 square feet corner apartment with hardwood floors, very high ceilings, huge windows. Gets tons of light. Smack in the middle of downtown Providence with plenty of bars, restaurants, and venues within walking distance. Building access via fob. Clean and well-maintained. Staff is helpful; repairs (if needed) happen immediately. Packages can be received and held in a building across the street. A bit pricey, but worth it if you can afford it. Highly recommended.
