Tanglewood Village

Horrific. Completely unfriendly to any handicapp and visitors. Visited someone for a couple of hours and they towed my car when parking in my friends parking lot. Currently on short term disability for Torn ligaments in the bottom of my foot(in a boot) and im not supposed to walk on it if possible. Visitor center is about a quarter of a mile from where the complex is and thats where all visitors are expected to park. Property manager says "well yeah you need to walk no exception" "gotta pay… attention" charged me 140 dollars to get my car back. Didn't care about the situation and then blamed his tenants for allowing this stuff to happen. They pull out cars all day according to the TOW TRUCK company, THE POLICE DEPARTMENT and TOWN HALL. The tow truck company even stated the property manager could get a little "angry at times" property manager was rude and inconsiderate at all and would not even listen to anything without blaming all his tenants for allowing all these problems.doesnt sound like something anyone should have to deal with at all. I would never ever live here knowing that I could not have any visitors without having to leave my own house to drive and pick them up down the street and then drop them back off. If your debating this place to live think twice and don't pick them there are many other places to choose from trust me. Take a ride down and take a look at it yourself. I've already contacted the right people about the situation I've run in too and you don't need to be living in a place that does not care one bit about there tenants and treats them like that. Steve, the property manager here is great. The rest of the staff where too. They really care about their residents and always help out with their problems to the best of their abilities. The area is quiet and on special holidays they do community cookouts.
10/10 Would recommend.

My husband and I were lucky to sell our home to the first couple who viewed it. However, we were planning on moving to Florida in July and our home closed in February so we had to find a place fast and didn't need it for more than 6 months. We looked at several apartment complexes but Tanglewood Village was the only one that would rent to us for 6 months without having to pay an extraordinary high rental fee for the short time we wanted it. Steve, the manager of the complex was very… accommodating and we have enjoyed our stay here. The laundry facility, pool room, pool and picnic area were all clean and we took advantage of all that was offered. The apartment was of a good size. Very quiet community. Loved the amenities.
