First month + security is required at lease signing. Renters are required to pay for all their own utilities which are not included in the rent, and these include: electricity, propane gas (for home heating), internet, and water usage. There is a split unit Heat/AC on the wall in living room as well as baseboard gas heat (propane) throughout house. Trash /Recycle pickup is included in the rent, pickup is on Saturdays each week.

The spacious kitchen/dining area has seating for 5, bistro style hi-top table and stools. The living room is a spacious gathering room with a 2-piece sofa set, one Futon sleeper pullout. There are 4 TVs and one DVD player, as well as smart TVs. There are 2 bedrooms with each Queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds (new mattresses purchased this year). There is 1 full bath with a shower inside the house plus an additional hot/cold outdoor enclosed shower. Ceramic tile and new hardwood laminate throughout living area and bedrooms. Brand new wall SPLIT AC/heat unit-ductless style Mitsubishi, as well as, every room has a ceiling fan. Sleeps 6 guests in comfortable beds.

Enjoy sunrise and sunset in the bright sun room that overlooks the ocean across the street and listen to the waves crash from our spacious front porch which is perfect for gatherings. The nice yard offers a large picnic area with a family-size Weber BBQ grill (propane) and picnic tables for your enjoyment. The basement space is perfect for storing your bicycles, fishing gear, and beach supplies.
