Just checked this community out on Saturday. Kylie was fantastic showing the property all the way through getting me all set with the lease and moving in on the same day. Beautiful property and excellent amenities. Glad to be a resident!

Me and my boyfriend have been living here since December of last year and we love this place.This was our first option as we looked at other places and this one just stuck with us and so here we are! we were actually trying to look at another place and it didn't end up working out so we came here to see if they could just give us a tour of the apartments and Courtney was so sweet and welcoming as well as Michelle. If you're looking for a place thats newly built, nicely priced, and close to... downtown Beaufort this is the spot you want to look at.

Everything is new and up to date ! So clean and well taken care of. Maintenance comes when requested in a timely manner. No complaints so far !
