I love it here at capital collective. The amenities are great, it’s very pet friendly, and the leasing staff is great. Maintenance is always timely and helpful.

Really like the apartment and the neighborhood, but the startup process was very rocky. No orientation on access to the garage, nor access to the building and apartment with Latch app, no hot water, no internet access requiring ATT technician visit to replace gateway box. Also, just noticed that the hot and cold water lines are reversed in the master bathroom.

Great spot downtown
We moved into Capital Collective in July, and have had nothing but a wonderful experience since. The location cannot be beat, and everybody who works and lives here is wonderful. Shoutout to Chanel and Alex for always being prompt and helpful with any questions we have. Love Capital Collective!

We love Capital Collective. It’s dog friendly, the amenities are great, we love the monthly social events, and Alex, Mya, and Chanel are the best. On top of all of those reasons to love living here, Bill and Mike are great with community upkeep and the friendliest faces every time we see them.
