I genuinely lucked out with my neighbors. The people directly beneath us, on the first and second floors are so friendly and welcoming. So far, I couldn't be happier with the environment here. Between the beautiful scenery, the green spaces, the amazing amenities, and the wonderful people, this place truly feels like home and makes living here worthwhile.

One Hampton Lake is like living resort setting. It’s close to stores, medical facilities, and the beach. Owen the maintenance team does an amazing job with a smile. Great neighbors.

Navigating automated leasing systems and AI bots during a move-in can definitely present challenges, but the on-site team at One Hampton Lake completely redefined our experience! ???
Huge congratulations and kudos to Breanna and Antwine for proving why they are the absolute best at what they do.
?? Breanna stepped in seamlessly, providing fantastic communication, guiding us past the initial digital bottlenecks, and answering our move-in questions.
?? Antwine and the maintenance team were... immediately responsive, addressing minor setup details right away with a friendly, kind, and helpful attitude that made us feel instantly at home.
Property technology is only as good as the humans who back it up. Greystar is incredibly lucky to have these two representing their community and driving true resident satisfaction! ??

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate residents bringing concerns to our attention. Since this review was posted, the hammock area has been updated with brand-new hammocks, and the surrounding area has been addressed. Additionally, our community... no longer utilizes gated access.
