Beautiful place to live, great location. Apartments are very quiet, beautiful scenery. Lots of places to walk. Love it here, all my guests have agreed, it's a beautiful area.

I’m not aware of any disability accommodations like wheelchair ramps.Bath tub supports, etc. Having a limited income, considering a price reduction would be nice. I rely on my expensive life support systems in the kitchen, bedroom, shower and remote cell phone remote alarm when away from home. I’m single and need this protection.

BEST YOU WILL FIND. I can’t express this enough, One Hampton Lake is THE BEST. From the office staff to the maintenance team. The professionals that are here make you feel right at home and a top priority! The grounds and amenities are unmatched from any I’ve seen out of this category of apartment communities! There is just something about waking up to a sunrise on the water and something about unwinding with a sunset that makes you feel so relaxed!
