I used to think it was excellent
I’ve lived here for 2 years since it was first built and was very happy until my car was damaged by a faulty sprinkler head and deteriorating mulch. I reported it to Jason in the office and never heard back. I reported it a couple months later and he said he would email the management company again. Never heard anything from them either. Brian with US Lawn viewed my car with brown spots on it. I have photos from that day that the sprinkler head was worked on yet no one has offered assistance... or compensation. My car is a white Subaru SUV and the spots would not come off in a normal car wash. I have been advised by Jason if I move before my lease is up I will pay 1 months rent and give 60 days notice. I’m 73 years old on the 3rd floor with asthma.
