Applying was super easy, Quincy was a HUGE help, definitely suggest for UofSC students! Very clean and organized, great accommodations as well.

My unit was in extremely poor condition, and even after heavy maintenance it’s far from a “nice” place to live. But, for the price its fine.

The neighborhood isn’t bad. Things actually get fixed and there aren’t that many issues. It might not look the prettiest and needs some fixing on the outside but it’s not bad. The shuttle can also be unreliable at times.

I really love the scenery of the complex, especially the gym!!! My roommates are really good people to be with. However, the noise upstairs, that needs to keep it down because people are sleeping and everything.

Its Cool because they have a trail and free transportation still. I have enjoyed my resident experience so far. I want to renew my lease. That is all I have to say for now.
