Apartment gives the basics for cheap, and it’s nice area, just noisy upstairs neighbors for myself and sound carries if the room door is open. Otherwise not a bad place for the price.

There are always going to be issues with places, but it would feel disingenuous to give anything less than five stars. For the price, location, and quality, I could not be more impressed with Cayce Cove. The rooms are spacious, appliances slightly dated as to be expected but functional, maintenance tends to take a while but recently has gotten a lot more timely, the community events and office are always nice, parking has never been an issue, and after living on campus at USC, that’s been VERY... appreciated. Utilities included, parking included, very nice location, shuttle included, genuinely very good bang for your buck. If money isn’t at all an issue for you then of course there are more luxurious options, but I’d recommend Cayce Cove to anyone.
