Management is bad. It takes them years to respond to phone calls. They literally do not care about their residents. Every time we bring up a concern they say they will fix it but never end up fixing it.

Roaches in the apartments, our AC was broke for a week, the pool isn't open, the shuttle has broke a handful of times. When we moved in the apartments were disgusting, the couch was stained and dirty.

The apartment upon move in is disgusting. Took many rounds of vacuuming, scrubbing, wiping, mopping, etc to make it smell a little better. Many maintenance requests were necessary for the unit once we moved in. The staff is not always in the office when their hours claim they will be. The pool is nasty and the shuttle is not reliable. It is nearly awful. The shuttle is unreliable, and they refuse to fix the second one. Additionally the “working” shuttle barely accommodates the amount of students that need to ride it, meanwhile there is a larger shuttle that has been sitting in the parking lot for nearly a year unmaintained.
Second, the pool is green and has been for the year I’ve lived here. There don’t seem to be plans of fixing it or opening it up at this point.
Third, the gym is awful. The equipment is extremely outdated… and sometimes not even working.
Fourth, maintenance has been nearly nonexistent for the past few months. Many orders put in during the summer were not fulfilled for months until school started again.
Fifth, I do not think we even have management right now. The only people working have been the bus drivers at this point. The office is almost never open so good luck getting any packages or (for some) your key reactivated to move back in.
