Enjoy the convenience of laundry facilities, inside and outside seating areas, a grill area, an outdoor shower, and a private hot tub. The loft bedroom is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase, which may be challenging for those over 250lbs or with difficulty climbing stairs. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a portable speaker are provided for your convenience, along with coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps.
Guests have exclusive use of the private hot tub, which is professionally serviced weekly. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit, and there is a fee per day for smoking inside the unit. Events are not allowed. Pets are allowed, but all pets must be approved and the applicable pet fee paid; any unapproved pets on the property will incur a penalty. Cats are not allowed. This is a self-check-in property; guests must follow the provided instructions. There will be a fee for any unauthorized late check-out.
