New management

Management just changed over and it has already been a thousand times better!
I moved in at the end of June and had immediate minor maintenance requests. They were ignored since the end of August. With the new management, they have already made huge strides.
The new maintenance director, Justin, went above and beyond! He came and addressed everything after hours, adjusting to my schedule and needs! Everything that was put off for two months was fixed in the matter of minutes!
The complex is… beautiful and quiet, and with the changes the new management has implemented, the complex is only getting better. Thanks Justin and leasing team!

Going downhill

I'm sorry to say that living here has taken an unpleasant turn over the last few months. The overall quality of the community has suffered a decline. What was once a quiet place with mostly military and professional residents has turned into a place where it's not uncommon to have loud and vulgar music at unacceptable volumes coming from both apartments and parked cars, people speeding through the property oblivious to the presence of children, or folks walking their dogs, and loud obnoxious… neighbors and/or their guests making ridiculous levels of noise in the stairwells at all times of the day or night.

Management seems unable or unwilling to address these concerns and it's really hurting the chance that I'll be renewing my lease, which is coming up very soon. I would hope that a negative review on this site would serve as a wakeup call, but I somehow doubt this will make a dent after repeated requests to do something about the situation here.

No pleased

The amenities are sub par for the money you pay. The gates never work. There is always trash piled up around the dumpster. If this was just it I would give it 3 stars. The rude manager bumped it down to a 1 star. I did not enjoy having to go the front for any reason because of this.

Ingleside Plantation

My husband and I have never lived in a community that is so nice to live at. They do events for the residents to show them how much is appreciated and always make you feel great to live here. Staff is incredibly nice and hard working to keep you happy. Love this Place!!!! You will love living here.
