This place is the worst place to live. The maintenance requests are never answered, your packages are up for grabs in the mail room or left outside the building because there's nobody that works on weekends. The mail is delivered and put on the floor or on a shelf not in your mailbox. There is also no security and the homeless lurk outside and graffiti the exterior of the building. The gates you need to go through to get in are often broken and unlocked, the elevator doesn't need a fob to go up,... and the staircases are open if you can get through one of the gates. The workers don't really help when there's an issue they just direct you to contact greystar but then nobody ever responds.

Disgusting filth on move-in day, old and dirty appliances and flooring, security gates broken.

Stay Away

My recommendation to you if renting from this business is to be very careful. We were hit with rent fees above our contractual amount and phony damage fees. The amounts were too small to fight legally but substantial enough to damage my child's credit if ignored. Contacting a live person at this business is impossible so there is literally no way to dispute. You will have no leverage. Stay away from Greystar and 400 Metting.

I have had a good time living here. I mainly like it because I get my own room and my own bathroom, which I am EXTREMELY greatful for. The apartment building itself is good as well. Management does a good job keeping it clean and making sure everything is properly working which I can see.
