Ashley River Apartments is an apartment community in Charleston, SC
I couldn’t be happier with my apartment here! One of the biggest highlights is the location, there are so many shops and restaurants right at the corner. What truly makes this place special though is the landscaping. The large trees and greenery create such a peaceful atmosphere, and I love spending time on my patio watching the birds and nature.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!
The staff is awful along with the terrible old falling apart apartments. Apartments look nothing like what is shown here. And in only the three months I stayed here there was a shooting in my neighborhood while I was at work. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID STAY AWAY!

Great experience
I personally have had a wonderful experience going through the rental process. Katy and Laurie have been exceptional. They made things easy and comforting while I was going through a tough transition in life, so I'm thankful for them both! nice apartments and amenities that will give you a pretty desirable way of life while you're here!

Great place to live
Love the community and my neighbors are the best. Landscaping is well kept up making it very enjoyable to hang out at the hammock and fire pit area. Apartments are a nice size and the fireplace is great. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. And, best of all they allow all breeds.

Great Place to Live
The apartment is very spacious, has a ton of closet space, and I love having a fireplace. The location is great, we are minutes away from everything. And, overall the community is very quite. I really enjoy my neighbors as well, everyone is very friendly and makes you feel right at home.
