Worst place I’ve lived

If I could give zero stars, I would. After nearly 4 years here, this place has been a constant disappointment. They charge for pest control, valet trash, and parking—but only deliver when you repeatedly ask, if at all. We’ve dealt with bugs, mold, and unreliable services the entire time. Maintenance is slow and inconsistent, and management is more focused on raising rent every single year than improving the living experience. For what they charge, you can find far better, cleaner, and more... professionally run communities nearby. Don’t waste your time or money here. The paid parking, unreliable resources, some very rude staff, mold and bugs are not worth it at all.

Luxury Apartment Living

Bluewater at Bolton's Landing is a great place to live. We love their modern apartment layout with open floor plan and beautiful finishes. The community is beautiful, friendly staff and there's always fun things to do throughout the month.

Great place to live

We’ve lived here for 2.5 years and it’s been great! The new management team seems to be very helpful and making improvements. Diane has been the one constant, and she is so wonderful. Friendly, helpful and genuinely cares. The issues we’ve had have been addressed promptly. Location is great for us. Highly recommend Bluewater!
