Living at Element in Carolina Bay is comfortable, affordable, close to airport and MUSC clinics and Orthopedic Departments. Neighbors are friendly and helpful and our guests love Element. Nearby schools are above average and shopping is very convenient with multiple choices close by.

I left California & arrived to SC about 2 years ago. Right from the start I was sure this was the apartment made for me. The community is always clean, & the team are always helpful, and kind. And I am happy that I just signed for my 3rd lease!

I had a very bad experience with another rental property when I first moved to South Carolina. I had a U-Haul truck full and had no place to live. When I showed up at the office of Element Carolina Bay they greeted me with professionalism and a smile and told me they would help me get into a unit that day. Four hours later, the truck was empty and I was sitting in my new apartment. I couldn't be more happier. Thank You Very Much. John R.
