The first few months were a bit iffy. But towards the end, it’s gotten better. I am hoping to renew my lease for another year. Hopefully if the prices match.

I wish I was warned before signing a lease.

I wish I could give zero stars. There are almost a thousand apartment complexes along Clements Ferry road. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Don’t regret not listening to this review either! Not a gated community, I’ve mentioned this to the management and they don’t care (tell me they are trying to get it fixed, but I’ve lived here 10 months with broken gates behind buildings, and no working gate at the front or back of the apartment complex.) MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO!!!!???! Management said they could... do nothing because thankfully nothing was stolen so I didn’t need to file a police report. Without a police report they really don’t care at all, THEY DIDNT EVEN REPORT IT TO OTHER RESIDENTS. No one should feel safe here. They’ve been painting a horrific white on the buildings, which has been taking up at least 10 spots of parking at a time, leaving me multiple times with limited to no parking at night. Noisy trucks every morning, but yet they can’t fix the gate— priorities, really. And it seems that when you go back years on their reviews there has never been a working gate. Haley is extremely kind, but seems like she’s not fit to getting things done, there might be higher management and she has no control over the horrible aspects of living here. We received a credit due to the lack of air conditioning in our first few months. I could go on and on. Trash piles up outside of garbage for almost weeks at a time. Randomly added locks to the gates at the pool. The bushes are so thick around the pool there’s no air flow, it’s the best part about the property but still subpar. I’ve had more mail get lost this year than ever before, there’s a mailbox and an extremely unorganized (and unclean) mail room— that mailmen never even know where it is??? Easy for people to steal and I don’t doubt it after my car was broken into. Sometimes mail shows up at my door, sometimes mailbox, sometimes mail room, if you like wild goose chases, this place is for you! Do yourself a favor, there’s overlook apartments up the road that are nicer. Or pay more to live in a better location. Just. Do. Not. Live. Here. I wish someone told me this before moving in. I wish I knew, please take this into account and don’t be stuck regretting like I am.

The leasing office, apartment, maintenance, and while community is pretty sweet. Very helpful and are understanding and rapid with any requests that you may have while you’re a tenant here
