As I have been living here at Spyglass Seaside for three years now, I have a very high opinion of the quality of life here. I have had a truly great experience living here. I have many reasons for this. A few notables are, the staff is exceptional, the residents here are also exceptional. Not to mention the amenities here are not to be overlooked. I take full advantage of the pool, fitness center, monthly activities, and walking areas. To some up, I can highly recommend Spyglass Seaside to... anyone looking to experience a true top quality apartment community.

Life in paradise

I have resided at Spyglass Seaside for over 5 years now and I will never leave until I buy a house. The delightful staff including Mary, Brooke, Jessie, the other Jesse and Grant make this little community a very special place to live. The amenities transcend a tropical vacation vibe under the palms and the unit integrities are always being upgraded or upkept. Just today I was able to steal Jesse away from working to help me charge the battery in my Jeep, and it was no sweat for him as he... obliged with a smile and helpful insight. I love this place, my neighbors, and everyone that works to keep this sanctuary a paradise! -Harlan

I love being able to get to Folly Beach so conveniently and frequently. Shopping, personal amenities and restaurants are very convenient. My space is quiet and the sunlight floods in.
