Unprofessional Staff/Customer service

Hi,
I has a very bad experience with the lady whom I spoke to inquiry the property. I has little research on website and I possibly lease this property for 12 months. She was a terrible, she don't know how to deal with customers and she didn't show her professionalism with me. I would suggest management please review her work give more orientation or training to fit on that position. Hopefully management would find someone who has good attitude and more professional.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Seriously.

Seriously do not move here. I’ve been here 3 yrs and it has only gotten worse. Management is disgustingly poor. I don’t even know if there’s a maintenance team. There’s been squatters in the buildings. They have really bad plumbing issues since the first day I moved in. Nothing gets fixed. Mold has grown on my ceiling in the bathroom because of leakage above me and it has been about 4 months and nothing has been done. Take your business elsewhere.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Please listen to the reviews. I moved into Prosper Fairways because they were cheaper than other places near by, but I promise it’s not worth it. Spend the extra money to live in a decent place. Crime is at an all time high. You hear gunshots atleast 4 times a week. The staff is super rude, and work orders do not get fulfilled. Prosper Fairways needs to be shut down.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

The list is so long but for starters there has been 3 property management/ owners in a year. Nothing gets fixed and there isn't even a way to contact the office now. People let their dogs go out on the balcony to no regard of who lives above then or below them. I mean my 3y/o daughter got dog urine all over her the other day because of the people upstairs just throwing their puppy out on the balcony. There is trash EVERYWHERE. The violence is beyond dangerous and the county nor the city do… anything about it.

Worst Experience

My experience here was awful. There are an insane amount of roaches, maintenance came to fulfill ONE of my work orders and yelled at me to just throw a lime in my clogged garbage disposal then left. They never came to respond to my dishwasher being broken or both of my showers not working. The walls are incredibly thin, the place is not well kept at all, and the "pest control" people do not actually do anything. I have checked many times after they left. People will steal your packages and… management will NEVER answer your calls or emails. After so many issues, I finally just had to end my lease. I felt unsafe, uncared for, and overall disgusted. They refused to listen. Expect to hear gunshots every night. Oh, and no matter what--your security deposit will be kept. These people do not care about you.
