This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DO NOT RENT, APPLY OR EVEN TOUR HERE!! They've switched management companies so many times I've lost count. They NEVER answer the phone, don't communicate and will lose your money orders/paperwork. BEWARE APPLY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Perfect

I enjoy living at Charbonneau! Recently relocated to another state property manager was very understanding. If I come back I will definitely stay here again. Very nice quiet complex! Property manager is very nice and professional!!
