    I've been excited about moving here since I first walked into the office and met LaVita. She made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The apartment that I moved into is nice, clean, and spacious. The only negative was that the enclosed patio has a pet smell. At first I thought it was fresh paint but I've been here a week and when I open the patio door the smell is strong. I think it needs to be deodorized. I'll request it from maintenance but if not I'll bleach it because I feel sick and I… want to be able to enjoy sitting on the enclosed patio.
