Quail Run

I've been excited about moving here since I first walked into the office and met LaVita. She made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The apartment that I moved into is nice, clean, and spacious. The only negative was that the enclosed patio has a pet smell. At first I thought it was fresh paint but I've been here a week and when I open the patio door the smell is strong. I think it needs to be deodorized. I'll request it from maintenance but if not I'll bleach it because I feel sick and I... want to be able to enjoy sitting on the enclosed patio. Lee mas

Quail Run is quiet and the landscape is well maintained. However this could really be seen if they refreshed the paint and replace ALL the broken shutters. In addition , another issue for me, is the bathrooms are TOO small, and the vanities and tubs are TOO low for an adult?

I recently moved in and I am loving everything about this complex, the area is beautiful, my apartment is much bigger than I expected, the leasing office were great and worked with me to get into my apartment. I am loving it.

Linda comunidad. Areas verdes muy grandes y limpias. Muro perimetral y porton de acceso. Vale la pena vivir aqui. Si tienes alguna queja o solicitud de mantenimiento te resuelven rapido. Esta bien administrado.
