Money Hungry!
When I toured this complex back in May I had a choice between 2 units. I chose the first unit I saw because it was on the end, despite the fact that the other unit was nicer. Welp, 3 months later, and I’m rather disappointed at the fact that:
1. I can’t put a patio set or chairs of any kind out back because the area stays wet all the time, and I wasn’t informed until a month AFTER moving in, that there was an ongoing water issue with the water department, which has the entire side and back of... my unit soaked in water! The landscaper can’t cut my grass unless he wears knee high rain boots and uses an edger or weed cutter! Each time it rains, it looks more and more like the slab in front of my back door is sinking. There’s no way they did not know there was an ongoing water issue before moving someone in these units!
2. Good luck submitting maintenance requests. They’re closed out without anyone ever setting foot in my place to fix anything! Both bedrooms have yet to have the blinds replaced. In addition, I submitted a maintenance request to inform them that the water pressure in my upstairs bathroom is not strong at all. I have to use the downstairs bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth! That’s ridiculous! I’m at a point to where I just want to be relocated to another unit and pray it’s not worse than this one! Really irritated right now ??
