At move-in, my unit was not ready and I had to be shifted to a different apartment. The HVAC systems are old, and the A/C was not working. Over the last 12 months I have experienced problems with said HVAC causing leaks, water through my floors every time it rains, and leaks from the plumbing and hvac systems above and within my apartment. Including leaks from the ceilings, in the bedroom closet, the laundry area, the bathroom, and also in the kitchen. It takes weeks for them to resolve problems… , and most of the time it is a temporary solution. Where there is water there is mold and bugs. This place is no exception. I've experienced about $500 in damage to my personal property due to leaks, mold, and bugs. If you have allergies or cannot afford a good rental insurance policy that will hike after your claims, I do not recommend moving here. Even at move-out, I'm currently being overcharged for the month instead of a pro-rated amount for what is due. To be clear, I'm moving out after my official move out date, not before and the money they took from me is not a security deposit, but an overcharge for extra days I am not obligated to pay within my lease. When I asked for a refund for the overcharge, I was told I would have to wait until 30 days after my move out to get that money sent to me along with my security deposit and final payouts. They told me that their office doesn't write checks and it was impossible to refund me the money that I paid but they charged in an error. This place is noisy at night. There is high crime and high violence in the area. You will hear drunken fights in the middle of the night and see people having domestic disputes in the parking lot. There is trash everywhere all the time in the parking lot and the garbage will be hard to access without stepping over other people's trash and risking your personal health and safety. I moved in 2 months ago, and I am very happy to be here. There must be a new mgmt company because, I've had no issues with getting responses or having issues resolved quickly. There is plenty of parking, my unit is comfortable, and the location is easy for access to 20, 26, and downtown.

Upon the first move-in date I noticed dead roaches (as if they were treated) on a freshly vacuumed floor. Whoever they utilize to clean these apartments for future residents should be ashamed of themselves, the pool isn't open, the outer building and stairways are filthy beyond control for the money being asked to pay as a resident. Maintenance is clearly overwhelmed and lack knowledge of simple work orders (they have to return for the same simple work orders). They do not answer the phone, do not answer emails, if this is how you treat upcoming residents then they need to find new staff!!!
