Sage Pointe

Please do not move to Sage Point I've only been here 1 month and already we have pest and plumbing problems! Our guest bed room was infested with termites and the termites had mad little holes in the wall!! Dead termites were all over the carpet I called the office she sent maintenance and he said it was nothing he could do but call pest control!! He said he wasn't able to get the dead termites off of the carpet so I have to vacum it up. Also the pest guy only works on Monday so we went the… whole weekend with termites in the walls!! Do not move to Sage! I use to live there and it was nothing but problems. My apt got broken into twice. Property manager did not care and told me it had nothing to do with them. Ummm yes bc it's your property, you got cameras , your gate doesn't work, your the ones who called 911. The gate never works it's always broke so there's no security. The apartment had bug problems and people who smoked weed and it smelled strong all through the building. There's only one maintenance person. The water… plumbing was horrible. When I left they tried to make me pay one months rent bc I didn't give 30 days notice well thank God I had police reports of my break ins and they ended up writing me a check. I'm glad I moved!!! I am going to make the best of my new situation after moving from GA to SC after someone attempted to break in my home. I saw the apartment and loved it, it was a perfect fit for my daughter and I and the school it's zoned for is an awesome school.

I love the quietness of the community. It is a safe and peaceful. Many families and singles as well.
Great staff. Whenever I had any problems the year I have been here; they were fixed quickly.
Very covenant to 1-20, 1-77, Clemson Rd and Percival Rd.
Great place to live!
