Think twice

The overall apartment itself is decent, but the fact that I just moved in and I’m already having problems is what’s crazy. I was told that each apartment has an accent wall in the living room my apartment looks nothing like the picture so false advertisement on that. Secondly, as soon as I get into the apartment, my front door has a big gap where roaches or anything can just come right in. I had to shove plastic bags. They are just to cover it. There are nails coming out of my cabinet screws… from the vent over the stove, which is an unsafe. . There are nails coming out of my cabinet screws from the vent over the stove, which is a unsafe thing because if I stick my hand in my cabinet on either side either cabinet, I can cut myself. My child can harm herself and then the bathrooms are just not cared about. I’ve had to already put two work orders in for something that should have been taken care of before I even moved into the apartment the apartment does stink in the building that I’m in the location is terrible. So if I was you, I would think twice I should’ve listened to my instincts

Amazingly spacious Apt

I've utterly enjoy living here the location is great the management is awesome and caring. The maintenance team (Tiqwaun) is very knowledgeable, prompt and available 24/7. The facilities are always clean from the office to the lots. The laundry facility is a plus we also have a laundry room with hookups in our unit I'm in love with my place

Worst Place To Live

On August 20th I moved from here due to a shooting that happened July 4th four steps from my patio a gunman came out of nowhere and started firing at a car parked in lot my husband and grandson was standing outside on the patio before the shooting even happened they had to duck for there lives so the gunman wouldn't see them. My neighbor across from me had a bullet go through her window she moved the next day. July 5th another shooting happened at the pool where people were at. Management is… crap they don't answer the phones or if you go to the office they be sitting right there and don't answer maintenance bucks don't get a water leak they don't take care of it for weeks.
DON'T MOVE HERE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY THEY WILL TRY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Between the maintenance and the management plus all the shooting/robberies every other week do not move here don’t waste your time or money??

Misleading

The example pictures are misleading. They did a poor job get my apartments ready, the area stinks, and I had to kill roaches and files the very first minute I walked into my apartment. I wouldn't recommend anyone move here.
