Our process if interested in a property:

1. Call office to verify that the property is still... available (can view between the hours of 830am and 4pm)

2. If you qualify with the following: credit score 600 or higher, no prior evictions/criminal record, and income has to be 3 times the rental amount in order to qualify.

3. If you meet the qualifications, view the property, the next step is to fill out the online application including our pet screening.

4. If you are approved, all approved applicants will go for review with the Homeowner.

5. Once accepted the next step is to pay the security deposit as determined with an email that will be sent out to you. This needs to be done in certified funds.
