If I could give 0 stars I would

Been here for 2 months. There are huge palmetto bugs, roaches, and earwigs in the apartment. Some are dead others I have to kill. Consistent, throughout the early morning and late into the night, neighbor noise. Of course, I'm suppose to live with it...no peace at all. Mold... myself and my family are now having issues due to the mold that is coming through the hvac unit. They want to charge me to buyout... my attorney says otherwise. This is the most miserable place I have ever lived. Some of… the staff are very nice and maintenance crew is kind too. But it doesn't outweigh the health issues alone. I get there are some great reviews, but check the date! Currently this place needs to be evacuated and updated, immediately.

Beware going downhill

The grounds of the complex has gone downhill. They use to be kept up the area nice but no longer. Weeds are the grass. The amount of rent that is being charge is not worth it.

Experience like no other

I stopped by to inquire about the property. I’m still in a lease but wanted to look even though it’s well in advance. Most properties rush me out because I’m looking so early. Annie took me on a tour and provided all information I needed. I wish I could move now. I will be reaching out in a few months when my lease expires!!

What a great experience !

I had the pleasure of speaking with PM (Property Manager) Monica. I have visited several complexes in the area and this one by far, was the best ! Beautiful grounds, luxurious amenities, peaceful surroundings, and EXCELLENT customer service. Monica was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in her expertise. I would highly recommend this community to my peers, family, or anyone looking for a well maintained, quiet community, and locally accessible surroundings. This complex is the total… package; you most definitely get what you pay for. Simply outstanding !
