    You get what you pay for!

    Pros:
    -Lots of space and good layouts
    -Lots of parking
    -Good for dogs, lots of places to walk them
    -Good location, near the rail trail and other businesses
    -Cheap price

    Cons:
    -Not good cleaning between renters, had to do a lot of it myself
    -No online portal, have to go into the office for rent and work orders
    -Maintenance of the exterior could be better- lots of wasp nests and dirty stairwells
