It has been a very trying and stressful experience. I pray next year will be better. I wanted to move but cannot afford to. I spent 5,000.00 moving here and thought I would be here for many years to come..

The neighbors are friendly and the place is clean. The staff is great, Alannah and Chris have also been very helpful. They always answer my questions and follow up with any requests I have or fixtures.

I’ve had a great experience living at Evolve Tega Cay. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. I especially appreciate the friendly and helpful management team and how quickly they respond when there is an issue. Wonderful community, love it here! Great amenities, neighbours and overall area. Only down side I’d say is the lack of parking and sadly a lot of vehicles being parked in the same spot for months at the time. If they would have assigned parking it would be a 5/5 star!
