They need to upgrade these apartments soon. some of them are barely in living condition and they rush you to pay your rent like it’s a luxury development when honestly it’s bare minimum. Things fall apart around here and it takes days for maintenance to fix it.

Good experience

The management of Ashbrook Village has truly been a blessing to my family ! We were dealing with hard times, but Kelly and Lizbeth made things so much easier for us and we appreciate them so much for that. Lee also has great communication.
There def could be a lil more focus on the groundwork but the experience is pleasing
