Not the best option
Lived here for about a year, large rooms and big units but no laundry hookups available in any apartment. Renovations are nice with the granite countertops. No amenities other than average park grill and park for children, rowdy with a bunch of parties, car alarms and break ins, people smoking, and fighting at night. Property managers are super nice and understanding though, and never had a problem with maintenance. Dishwashers are small as well as not a ton of kitchen space and only one outlet... in kitchen and none in back room. Definitely a good option if all you care about is space but as far as amenities and safety i would not recommend.
