The Manager is not helpful
On March 2, 2026, I visited the office for assistance. I asked the manager for help, and she told me to have a seat and said that Monica, the leasing agent, would be back shortly to assist me. I asked why she was unable to help me, and she stated that assisting residents is what the leasing agents are for.
This response made me feel very upset and uncomfortable, as I did not understand why I had to wait when she was available. After going back and forth, she eventually asked what I needed. I... informed her that I needed a parking pass and had questions regarding my renewal.
She provided the parking pass but stated that she did not know how to assist me with the renewal questions. I ultimately left the office feeling as though I was disturbing her. Because of her actions, I may not renew my lease.
