The apartment community is overall, very nice. Progress is being made on needed updates. Property management is polite and professional. Most maintenance issues have been handled in a timely manner, though there has been a recurring issue in my unit that needs preventative work done to resolve this being a continuous problem.
Overall me and my family have found it convenient to work, downtown and a nice place to live.

Everyone is friendly, love the social gathering that the property hosts. Would like to see more of them. Maybe a little book social gathering? Like a leisure book club, or a game night!
