Terrible management!

Once you actually move in, you start noticing plenty of things that you simply don’t see during the initial tour.

I recently had an issue during normal business hours and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Everything indicated that the office was open, and I could literally see employees inside through the window yet nobody would answer. That is incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to get an issue addressed.

The communication is also excessive. They send way too many notifications… and letters. Yet when there is an actual issue that matters, getting a response or action can be a completely different story.

Even more concerning was when I brought up a safety concern. Instead of taking it seriously and addressing it promptly, my concern was essentially brushed off for multiple days. Residents shouldn’t have to repeatedly follow up just to get management to acknowledge a legitimate safety issue.

The biggest problem is the value. The rent is way overpriced for what you’re actually getting. There are a lot of things about the property and the overall experience that I didn’t notice until after I moved in. Once you’re already committed to a lease, you start seeing all the issues that aren’t necessarily obvious during a tour. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS!

Look somewhere else

The current property management seems to value the opinion of the renovation crews over the safety concerns brought up by tenants. Daily, we pick up nails and screws left in our parking lots and sidewalks. 100% not worth the money to stay here. Good luck searching for a home, but this isn't the place.

Great location

overall the stay is okay. we’ve been through several different managements in 3years though and that never gets any better. Now that they are renovating they expect you to just leave your home and let complete strangers walk in and out for 10hours while you did something to do. The renovation dates aren’t ever correct and trying to get answers is a waste of time. At first it was a walk in the park now i wish I had moved elsewhere so I am looking
