Honestly can't believe this!! I'm about to renew my lease only to find out it has increased by 21% with the best month option??????? I can only renew for up to 12 months but yet any newcomer can review up to 14 months with a better rate?? Hopefully, I can work this out with management because we do like our apartment.

Absolutely horrendous management. Unwelcoming place to live. Doggy trash bins are left overflowing for days on end and there is trash laying around the stairwells at all times.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - many other places to live in the area that are a MUCH better price and of MUCH higher quality.

During our year’s lease at the Green in Greenville, SC, this building went from being a new luxury downtown complex, to apartments lacking many of the original enticing amenities that made it a delight to live in- all within less than a year’s time. This review was written during the Corona19 virus, but I believe that it would have been the same during a non pandemic situation because many of our original amenities disappeared once the new management took over pre-pandemic in November 2019....
Before the management changed hands November '19 we had a top notch coffee bar, flavored water, secure oversized package storage, soft drinks, fresh baked sweets, dinner nights with alcohol, ballroom dancing lessons, yoga classes, baseball games, moscow mule nights, rooftop parties and many more. It was like a resort. Needless to say these amenities are gone now but the rent did not decrease to reflect their omission. There was even an event planning team to organize fun social activities. There is no good reason why these amenities can not resume especially since there has been no responsible social distancing in the pool or rooftop lounge areas. Requests were made by residents for a reimbursement of part of the rent since we were not getting what we originally signed up and were paying for, but these requests were denied. Only the people who had lost their jobs or furloughed had a temporary reprieve from rent, but they were expected to still repay it in full eventually. So, this was not a credit at all.

It was amazing to live at Greene at the first, but now it is becoming impossible to live here! It is the nosiest apartment that I have leaved in my whole life! I was leaving in NYC before moving here so I am very much used to noisy places, but none of them was comparable to the GREENE apartment!
