We love these apartments, plenty of room. We have been here for 3 months now and enjoy the area along with the amenities. Only complaint we would say is it smells like marijuana more often than not. Would like the “smoke free policy” actually implemented.

Goodluck if you move in here. The floors and ceilings are so thin so if you don’t live on the top floor, you get to hear footsteps every second of every day. They don’t enforce the “non smoking policy”. I have ash, joints, and blunts falling down on my balcony from the people above me every night. And the picture is three joints waiting to fall. I moved in and my carpet was filthy and when asking for new carpet I never got it but they people above me got new carpet before they even moved in. You... can’t have the fan on and the light off without pulling the string on the light and vids versa because the switch controls one plug on your wall. If you have someone underneath you, god forbid you play with your dog around dinner time without someone banging on their ceiling.
Good things about this apartment - spacious, dog park is turf, free range parking, convenient location to the interstate, valet trash, and the people at the front desk are responsive and kind. Read More

I saw these beautiful modern apartments, fell in love, and applied immediately!! But, then I moved in... First of all, the walls are SO thin. I work from home, and I can hear every conversation, every dog whine, TVs playing, and all the other explicit things people do... at all hours of the day. My neighbors like to have a lot of people over and fight often. I've submitted several complaints and have been told something would be done. It hasn't. Second, the staff can be extremely pompous and... off-putting. There was an issue where, I guess, residents were bringing glass and staying after-hours at the pool. The entire community received a strongly-worded, unprofessional email from the Leasing Manager about how they will not tolerate "blatant refusal" to follow guidelines. It made me very uncomfortable. Thankfully, I haven't had any major cosmetic or damage issues in this apartment, otherwise this review might be more angry. Never rent from this place or this management company! They charge you fees at every opportunity, even when you're pet sitting for friend's cat for a day. They try to charge you $300 pet deposit and then $10 a month after that. The only explanation that they could give me, was the pet "could tare up the apartment". By that same logic, I wouldn't be allowed to have my nieces over. Very infuriating.

On top of that, these apartments are fairly new and no match for a light snow. We live on the top... floor and the ceiling over our bed started leaking. This of course was around 7 AM, only hours after the building wide fire alarms went off not once, not twice but three separate times between 3AM and 5:45AM.

Not to forget, that while all this was going one the power was out and they didn't have a generator to keep everyone's power on so we could all stay warm, so we had to get a hotel that night, which they know about and have yet to mention refunding us that money. A few hours after we checked into the hotel, probably around 8-9 PM, we get an email saying power is back on, but by then it's too late to cancel the hotel. So the next morning I came home to two buckets full of water, one overflowing with water.

In terms of fixing our ceiling, they came out initially, which was great. The. We saw them the next day and the gentleman flirted with my fiance. (Very unprofessional). All they did was vacuum up some water from. The carpet on the second day. That really didn't do anything.

They came by nearly three weeks later to repair our sink that always seems stopped up, and mentioned that they were not going to fix the ceiling until after the holidays. That's nearly a month with a hole in my ceiling growing mold right under where we are suppose to sleep. Additionally, the snow that caused this mess in the first place has been gone for nearly two and half weeks. They can fix it. They just won't.

Some of our neighbors that have moved out have told us the costs of moving out:
-Hiring a cleaning company (in addition to your deposit)
-Hiring a professional carpet cleaner (even though they replace the carpet after you leave) (in addition to your deposit)
-If you break your lease they require 60 days notice, rent for those 60 days, plus a sizable fee.
Our neighbors who moved out said it cost them about $4,000 to break their lease due to all these fees. Better get your wallets ready. Read More

Looks great on the outside but these units are made from very cheap material. You can literally hear every neighbor's dog barking and everyone's conversation. For this price, it's terrible. It's as if they decided to sacrifice quality building materials for slightly above average amenities, but with that trade-off you cannot say you're luxury apartments.
