A lovely safe community This is my second year in Rosewood and I just love it. It is safe, clean community and all of my neighbors are friendly. The administration is taking care of my apt. They quickly respond respond to any request with a professional manner. T

Great Maintenance Team Every time I submit a request, maintenance is quick to act upon it. Whenever I’m home and they’re there, they also provide an explanation of what was going on and why then of course, remedy the situation. They’re always kind too. (I keep saying they, but it’s the one guy!)

A great place to live in
It's a wonderful community and great place to live in. The neighbors are friendly and Hillary is such a nice and helpful person. The area is so quite and appropriate for kids to play outside. I really enjoyed living here.
