been here 5 months so far. We love our neighbors here. They've been so inviting. They have a nice pond with fish inside. The only downside is that our resident app has changed twice since we moved in. But the staff has been great!

Between people revving their engines and blasting their speakers in the parking lot and the constant drug dealing and fighting that happens right in plain sight, you can kiss sleep goodbye. Also the person who moved in above me sounds like they are stomping the floor in stilettos all night. Complex won't resolve it, new neighbor wont work with me, police haven't helped.. You like sleeping with your window open? You won't anymore. Ambulance, fire trucks, you name it, they are always here at some... odd hour of the night for God knows what. Actually just witnessed a male getting run over by a beligerent female. Welcome to Retreat at Waterside. Luxury living awaits you.

have been complaining about the noise from the people above us for 3 months now. The office takes nothing serious and never solves the issue. I have complained over and over and they have only called the people above us once. They do not take complaints serious and I will not be renewing my lease here. The trash piles up to the road most weeks and it is disgusting.

The apartment location is in great place. Maintenance of the community needs lot of improvement. They are very slow in attending to lot of requests. No good customer service at all.
