Not the same property it once was

Originally I was quite put off about the property based on previous comments/complaints posted throughout various websites. However, after a further in-depth look I discovered that the complaints were mostly centered around the previous management team. Since the complex was under new management I decided to reach out to the manager for more information. Throughout the process, Denise has gone above and beyond to help me out with this long distant move. If you have hesitations about any… comments/complaints you read about this property I assure you that those complaints are about a different management team and Denise has done a great job turning this property around.

Experience with new management so far

I’ve just met with the new management property manager and I must say that I am well impressed with the way she handles thing, and the way she is going about making the necessary changes. Hopefully once my info comes back I am able to move forward with moving in . Need more management like this one.

DONT DO IT

The management is HORRIBLE ! The landlord is very unprofessional & does things on her time. There are no rules enforced & even the maintenance is unprofessional. Waste of time & money so STAY AWAY. No one has a sense of urgency & there are always cops in the complex. DO NOT stay here.

We apologize for the bad time that you had here at UC and would like you to know that we have a new Property management and maintenance team on board now and we are doing everything we can to update and clean things up! It is unfortunate that anyone… has experienced anything negative but again, we are working diligently to get all maintenance requests that are long overdue as well as cleaning up and making the outside look better.
We also are enforcing the drug free rules on site and will follow through with each complaint as it comes in!!

Horrible!!!!! Beyond horrible!!!

Horrible place to stay! They will screw you over. Do not sign to live here. Management is horrible. I’m telling you now take my advice and don’t stay here. Please!!!

We have removed the prior management and maintenance persons and have put in place a Property manager that will take complaints and… issues with urgency!! Maintenance issues will be dealt with in a timely and professional manner and if there is ever a complaint about anything it will be taken care of immediately!
