We just got a new property manager. This property is absolutely filthy. There’s constantly kids running around breaking into the mailboxes stealing peoples mail. There’s trash everywhere all over the ground piled up outside the trash bins. It smells so bad. They’re stray cats everywhere pissing and nobody seems to care all they care about. Is you paying your rent on time? They don’t wanna fix nothing but they’ll quick to put an eviction notice on your door or send an email about late rent, but... they don’t want to fix nothing around here. Do not allow the photos to fool you they are over 10 years old. I am counting down the days my lease is up and will advice anyone to never live here. My friend also lives here and Absolutely hates it. First being moved into a place infested with roaches that the office claims they didn't know is a lie. Air went out and it took 4 months and a threat to take legal action to get it fixed. Maintenance is far from professional and will leave your home a mess on top of not being contacted when someone... is going to enter your home. I have made Kensington my home for many, many years. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and I have so enjoyed living here. I see several bad reviews and have no idea why someone would give this place a bad review, unless they are just an unhappy person in general. There was recently a change in management but I believe this change is a very positive one. I have not so far had any issues with work orders. I have put in 2 and they were resolved immediately. The staff is friendly, funny,... compassionate and professional. I have never had a problem reaching management by phone or in person. The property is covered with garbage. Maintenance is non-existent. Management ignores any and every request for anything. They blame their problems on everyone else and take no responsibility. The apartments are disgusting and outdated and falling apart and nobody cares. The office is always closed and they are never available to address real issues. Dog stations throughout the property are overflowing and broken and haven’t been addressed in months. Do not move here you will regret it... immediately. Read More
