Avana is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The nature trail and woods are my favorite. Avana seems secluded but conveniently close to supermarkets and restaurants making it a great place to live. Office manager Memory and Anna and Jennifer are always friendly and helpful when needed. Maintenance team is efficient and friendly. I have really enjoyed living at Avana.

I really like the mature landscape and amenities as well as the front office people. But the maintenance crew does poor work and has left stating it was repaired when it wasn’t.

We are new move-ins, but so far things have been pretty smooth. Memory and her staff have always treaded us with respect and patience, and Memory especially has gone well out of her way to make sure the process went smoothly, or that it was corrected quickly.
