The area is lovely and convenient. The nature walk is a definite plus! Very unique. Just needs to be cleaned up as things fall apart n and break.

I just wish if tenants with small children would control them from jumping and stomping on the floor knowing that someone lives below them. tenants should be more considerate of the other tenants in the community.

I would suggest to look elsewhere for living. You are shown a wonderful apartment when you first tour. None of the other apartments look like this. All are different in their own ways, and you won't be told of what they are when you sign a lease. Several of my neighbors have had complaints, and have been met with the same reoccurring issue: NOONE RESPONDS. It doesn't matter which method you use. Also, you might as well have an open-door policy because maintenance will enter without warning and... won't let you know about the entry until you get home and find a huge hole in the ceiling (that still wasn't fixed when I moved out 6 months later).
