Overall I would give an average rating because of poor move in experience and not meeting cleanliness standards. But on the positive note, apartment is spacious and well structured. All the appliances are in fairly good condition.

I’ve been at Avana several years. I truly enjoy living here. It’s very quiet and has more of a neighborhood feel rather than apartments.
If I had a complaint, it would be about the grounds. Most of the lights throughout breezeways look very bad full of bugs, cobwebs, etc. It seems the breezeways are being kept cleaner, being blown off etc…. Let’s keep improving our beautiful community!

Wonderful Staff. They really look out for their residents. Thanks to Memory for all you do. Maintenance staff is also great.
