Absolutely thrilled to be living in this complex. It is by far the nicest property we looked at compared to all the properties in this area. The rents are competitive and the move in special made it easy for us to settle in with new furniture after receiving two months of free rent. The staff is helpful and friendly and the amenities are resort style living.

This place has been a great place to live for us. It is very clean, beautiful amenities, the move-in process was very simple and clear cut. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance team is very punctual and professional, that was really important to us. When we moved in the apartment was sparkling clean and ready for us! The amenities and the nearness to downtown Greer are a major plus, really helps solidify our decision to live here. I would recommend this place... out of any other apartment complex in the area.
