Poor Communication So far I’m not completely pleased, but trying to be open minded. If it hadn’t been for Monica, I would give fewer stars. The only move in information I received was what the office needed from me. Would have been nice to receive an email letting me know the process to accessing the apartment while I was lining up movers. After a week of no response to my email, Monica called back and was very kind and welcoming. The other response I got was a short, curt response telling me… the office would be open from 10-6. I feel I was misled prior to leasing as well and would love to talk with someone above the local office.

Great apartment It was really great to move into my forrestwood apartment. I was very impressed with the quality of the appliances. The apartment was cleaned. I am excited to live here. One thing that I did wish is that there was a separation door between the bathroom and the closet. But otherwise I’m very excited to be part of this community.
