Redwood Simpsonville We loved are little cottage at Redwood. It was home for 11 months while we sold and built our new home. A very quiet, mature neighborhood that was close to grocery stores and restaurants without feeling congested.

Very quiet The sound proofing in the apartment is very good. The rooms are large with nice flooring. All on the ground floor is great, especially for older folks like myself.

Temporary Housing Stacy & Gaela were the best site managers ever!! Kind, courteous, fun, helpful!! I lived here for about 13 months while my home was rebuilt after hurricane Helene! They made everything so easy. My doggies & I always felt safe. I loved the community get togethers! I have zero complaints & would live there again if the need arises!! Stacy is a doggie lover like me & he was very helpful when my baby frenchie got out!!
