For this family, The Landing (Hanahan, SC) is pure perfection

For any family full of fans of the beach, great schools, the historic "coolness" of Charleston, and a very reasonable cost of living, it's hard to imagine a more perfect place to call home. Our comfortably roomy townhouse-style apartment – though far from "new" – is in fantastic shape, and the management and maintenance staff is committed to keeping it that way. Surrounded by seemingly limitless shopping and dining options, 20 minutes from the heart of Charleston, less than half-an-hour from the… beach, and literally right next door to the best elementary school in South Carolina's beautiful Lowcountry, this is the place.

Great place to live.

Family friendly community, helpful management staff and maintenance team. Great location. Comfortable townhouses. 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, 25 minutes to the beach. Abundant shopping and dining all around. Highly recommended if you can find a vacancy.
